Our Customer Service Representative will schedule one of our Certified Technicians to come on site to your location at a day and time that is convenient to you, even the same day in many cases. We do not charge for travel time and travel cost.

Your Certified Technician will call you prior to your appointment to confirm our on site visit. Our Certified Technician will then arrive on time at your home or office and, upon completion of diagnostics, the friendly Certified Technician will present an estimate for the solution.
